i have been busy for the past few days because of the wedding. we already had the civil wedding two days ago and we are still getting ready for the church wedding. we still have a lot of things to do mainly finding out how many guests exactly are coming.we need to call each guest tom to find out how we'll be arranging their seat assignments. anyway, me and my new hubby got matching eternity tattoos on our wrists, me and my sister also got matching shooting stars tattoos on the nape and i got another extra start on the side of my ear hahahha everybody kept laughing at me because i was the most reluctant one to get a tattoo first and then at the end i got 3. hahaha

it's been three days and i have been sleeping in the morning till the afternoon then awake from 6 pm to 7 am straight. it's summer anyway so there's no reason to fix my sleeping habits. i just do stuff on my laptop , watch you tube for make up tutorials and also search new make up products and reviews. since i got my new make up brush set i have been experimenting on the eye shadows i bought on ebay which is an eighty palette eyeshadow. the pigmentation is kinda like mac but way cheaper. i plan to go to Michael's to get some small containers because I'm planning to MAKE AND SELL loose eye shadows. I'll try to post pictures when i make some.

Me and my sister, who is about to get married in a month are on a diet. We have been eating healthy foods and snacks for the past two weeks. We have also been drinking a lot of water and have been exercising religiously. Both of us have the same reasons; we want to look our best on her wedding day. I want to get rid of ten pounds while she wants to get rid of five pounds. She can’t really lose that much weight because she already has her wedding gown and can’t afford to not have the gown fit her body. saw this and decided to post this, it's actually from another blogger who gave great tips on how to maximize fuel.

ONLY BUY OR FILL UP YOUR CAR OR BIKKIE IN THE EARLY MORNING WHEN THE GROUND TEMPERATURE IS STILL COLD. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground, the denser the fuel, when it gets warmer petrol expands, so buying in the afternoon or in the evening.... your litre is not exactly a litre.

In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and the temperature of the petrol, diesel and jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products play an important role. A 1 degree rise in temperature is a big deal for this business. But the service stations do no t have temperature compensation at the pumps.

WHEN YOU'RE FILLING UP, DO NOT SQUEEZE THE TRIGGER OF THE NOZZLE TO A FAST MODE. If you look, you will see that the trigger has three (3) stages: low, middle, and high. In slow mode, you should be pumping on low speed, thereby minimizing the vapours that are created, while you are pumping. All hoses at the pump have a vapour return. If you are pumping on the fast rate, some of the liquid that goes to your tank becomes vapour. Those vapours are being sucked up and back into the underground storage tank so you're getting less worth for your money.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP IS TO FILL-UP WHEN YOUR TANK IS HALF FULL. The reason for this, the more fuel you have in your tank, the less air occupying its empty space. Petrol evaporates faster than you can imagine. Petroleum storage tanks have an internal floating roof. This roof serves as zero clearance between the petrol and the atmosphere, so it minimizes the evaporation.

Unlike service stations, here where I work, every truck that we load is temperature compensated, so that every litre is actually the exact amount.

ANOTHER REMINDER, IF THERE IS A FUEL TRUCK PUMPING INTO THE STORAGE TANKS, WHEN YOU STOP TO BUY, DO NOT FILL UP - most likely the petrol/diesel is being stirred up as the fuel is being delivered, and you might pick up some of the dirt that normally settles on the bottom.

Hope, this will help you get the maximum value for your money.

I desperately need new ideas for party dishes. Were going to give my best friend a surprise birthday party and I volunteered to make 2 dishes for the party. Of course I can’t make any Filipino dish because all of the ones invited are foreigners and I don’t want my dish to be untouched. So right now I’m surfing the net and checking out online recipes. I know I’m not a good cook, but at least I’ll try. As long as there is an instruction I’m sure I’ll be alright. I would rather make it by myself than get somebody else to do it. I want this to be special because this friend of mine has been with me through thick and thin. Ok, anyway, I saw this web site and there are tons of recipes starting from appetizers to desserts. I want a dish that is quite easy to make and follow but still delicious, because I’m bringing two dishes, I plan to make one pork dish and the other a veggie dish so that if they are a vegetarian they can still enjoy at least one dish. So, from the cooking website I plan to make pork wraps with sweet sauce dipping and chop suey. All I need is to do a trial first then if it works out I’ll be making this for the party. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

my aunt just called a while ago asking , i mean inviting me and my friend to go with her to Las Vegas next week. Ten Guidelines From God

Effective Immediately, please be aware that there are changes YOU need to make in YOUR life. I apologize for any inconvenience, but after all that I am doing, this seems very little to ask of you. Please, follow these 10 guidelines :

1. QUIT WORRYING:
Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way?

2. PUT IT ON THE LIST:
Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOUR list. Put it on MY to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care of the problem. I can't help you until you turn it over to Me. And although My to-do-list is long, I am after all... God. I can take care of anything you put into My hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, I take care of a lot of things for you that you never even realize.

3. TRUST ME:
Once you've given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in Me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials.
Problems with the kids? Put them on My list.
Problem with finances? Put it on My list.
Problems with your emotional roller coaster?
For My sake, put it on My list. I want to help you. All you have to do is ask.

4. LEAVE IT ALONE:
Don't wake up one morning and say, "Well, I'm feeling much stronger now, I think I can handle it from here." Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It's simple. You gave Me your burdens and I'm taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in my peace. Don't you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Leave them with Me and forget about them. Just let Me do my job.

5. TALK TO ME:
I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I'm in control. But there's one thing I pray you never forget. Please, don't forget to talk to Me - OFTEN! I love YOU! I want to hear your voice. I want you to include Me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear you talk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having a conversation with Me. I want to be your dearest friend.

6. HAVE FAITH:
I see a lot of things from up here that you can't see from where you are. Have faith in Me that I know what I'm doing. Trust Me; you wouldn't want the view from My eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me. Although I have a much bigger task than you, it seems as if you have so much trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?

7. SHARE:
You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did you forget? That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter with those who haven't heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none.

8. BE PATIENT:
I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so many diverse experiences. You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be so impatient then when it takes Me a little longer than you expect to handle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My timing, for My timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush.

9. BE KIND:
Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. Please try to get along, for My sake. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical. Please, know I love each of your differences.

10. LOVE YOURSELF:
As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself? You were created by me for one reason only -- to be loved, and to love in return. I am a God of Love. Love Me. Love your neighbors. But also love yourself. It makes My heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when things go wrong. You are very precious to me. Don't ever forget......

A TEENAGER'S VIEW OF HEAVEN

17-year-old Brian Moore had only a short time to write something for a class. The subject was what Heaven was like. "I wowed 'em," he later told his father, Bruce. "It's a killer. It's the bomb. It's the best thing I ever wrote.." It also was the last.

Brian Moore died May 27, 1997, the day after Memorial Day. He was driving home from a friend's house when his car went off Bulen-Pierce Road in Pickaway County and struck a utility pole. He emerged from the wreck unharmed but stepped on a downed power line and was electrocuted.

The Moores framed a copy of Brian's essay and hung it among the family portraits in the living room. "I think God used him to make a point. I think we were meant to find it and make something out of it," Mrs. Moore said of the essay. She and her husband want to share their son's vision of life after death. "I'm happy for Brian. I know he's in heaven. I know I'll see him."

In that place between wakefulness and dreams, I found myself in the room. There were no distinguishing features except for the one wall covered with small index card files. They were like the ones in libraries that list titles by author or subject in alphabetical order. But these files, which stretched from floor to ceiling and seemingly endless in either direction, had very different headings. As I drew near the wall of files, the first to catch my attention was one that read "Girls I have liked." I opened it and began flipping through the cards. I quickly shut it, shocked to realize that I recognized the names written on each one. And then without being told, I knew exactly where I was.

This lifeless room with its small files was a crude catalog system for my life. Here were written the actions of my every moment, big and small, in a detail my memory couldn't match. A sense of wonder and curiosity, coupled with horror, stirred within me as I began randomly opening files and exploring their content. Some brought joy and sweet memories; others a sense of shame and regret so intense that I would look over my shoulder to see if anyone was watching.

A file named "Friends" was next to one marked "Friends I have betrayed." The titles ranged from the mundane to the outright weird "Books I Have Read," "Lies I Have Told," "Comfort I have Given," "Jokes I Have Laughed at ." Some were almost hilarious in their exactness: "Things I've yelled at my brothers." Others I couldn't laugh at: "Things I Have Done in My Anger", "Things I Have Muttered Under My Breath at My Parents." I never ceased to be surprised by the contents.

Often there were many more cards than I expected. Sometimes fewer than I hoped. I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of the life I had lived. Could it be possible that I had the time in my years to fill each of these thousands or even millions of cards? But each card confirmed this truth. Each was written in my own handwriting. Each signed with my signature.

When I pulled out the file marked "TV Shows I have watched", I realized the files grew to contain their contents. The cards were packed tightly, and yet after two or three yards, I hadn't found the end of the file. I shut it, shamed, not so much by the quality of shows but more by the vast time I knew that file represented.

When I came to a file marked "Lustful Thoughts," I felt a chill run through my body. I pulled the file out only an inch, not willing to test its size and drew out a card. I shuddered at its detailed content.

I felt sick to think that such a moment had been recorded. An almost animal rage broke on me. One thought dominated my mind: No one must ever see these cards! No one must ever see this room! I have to destroy them!" In insane frenzy I yanked the file out. Its size didn't matter now. I had to empty it and burn the cards. But as I took it at one end and began pounding it on the floor, I could not dislodge a single card. I became desperate and pulled out a card, only to find it as strong as steel when I tried to tear it.

Defeated and utterly helpless, I returned the file to its slot. Leaning my forehead against the wall, I let out a long, self-pitying sigh.

And then I saw it.. The title bore "People I Have Shared the Gospel With." The handle was brighter than those around it, newer, almost unused. I pulled on its handle and a small box not more than three inches long fell into my hands. I could count the cards it contained on one hand.

And then the tears came. I began to weep. Sobs so deep that they hurt. They started in my stomach and shook through me. I fell on my knees and cried. I cried out of shame, from the overwhelming shame of it all. The rows of file shelves swirled in my tear-filled eyes. No one must ever, ever know of this room. I must lock it up and hide the key. But then as I pushed away the tears, I saw Him.

No, please not Him. Not here. Oh, anyone but Jesus. I watched helplessly as He began to open the files and read the cards. I couldn't bear to watch His response. And in the moments I could bring myself to look at His face, I saw a sorrow deeper than my own.

He seemed to intuitively go to the worst boxes. Why did He have to read every one? Finally He turned and looked at me from across the room. He looked at me with pity in His eyes. But this was a pity that didn't anger me. I dropped my head, covered my face with my hands and began to cry again. He walked over and put His arm around me. He could have said so many things. But He didn't say a word. He just cried with me.

Then He got up and walked back to the wall of files. Starting at one end of the room, He took out a file and, one by one, began to sign His name over mine on each card. "No!" I shouted rushing to Him. All I could find to say was "No, no," as I pulled the card from Him. His name shouldn't be on these cards. But there it was, written in red so rich, so dark, so alive. The name of Jesus covered mine. It was written with His blood. He gently took the card back. He smiled a sad smile and began to sign the cards. I don't think I'll ever understand how He did it so quickly, but the next instant it seemed I heard Him close the last file and walk back to my side.

He placed His hand on my shoulder and said, "It is finished." I stood up, and He led me out of the room. There was no lock on its door. There were still cards to be written.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."-Phil. 4:13 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." If you feel the same way forward it so the love of Jesus will touch their lives also. My "People I shared the gospel with" file just got bigger, how about yours?

I have some and I know I got it when I gained weight in a short period of time, at first I didn’t care because I was still young then I got heartbroken when I couldn’t wear short shorts anymore . I have a friend who is still young but his hairline is already receding. I keep on wondering how could this happen? I mean, he is young, has a healthy lifestyle, eats a balanced meal and then I saw his dad and his grandfather. They said it was hereditary and I didn't know that. I thought only old people can become bald, and then I did a little researching in the internet of course. I found out that there are tons of reasons why one can get bald; it can be from teenagers up to the elderly. One can become bald because of hereditary reasons, health reasons or hormone issues. I’m trying to look for hotel reservations right now for my friend who is going to Washington and Richmond. After all the shopping that my sister and I did in our trip at New York and from awhile ago I’m sure we’ll be using up all our money. got home last night and i was so tired. we drove for 6 hours and travelled in a ferry for another 1 hour. we had so much fun at Atlantic city and we did gamble a little bit. i only gambled $20 a night hahaha didn't want to go over because i might end up using all my money, sad to say i lost $60.... at first i was winning then i lost everything hehehe we have tons of pictures from our trip and I'll try to post some in a few days. at first we stayed at the Showboat and then at Caesar's Palace,which was a good thing because all the outlets were across our hotels and they had a lv,gucci,burberry and all other signature bags except Chanel. on the third day we went to New York and to tell you honestly, i didn't have fun. i actually didn't like it, it's just like a bigger version of Hong Kong.The only place that i wanted to see was the Chanel store and my gosh i was drooling over the bags! hahaha some other places worth visiting is Serendipity ( the frozen hot chocolate was worth the trip ), Dylan's candy bar ,times square,Grand Central Station ( were the gossip girl was first filmed ), St. Patrick's Cathedral and the big toysrus.

anyway, on our way to Atlantic city, we saw a lot of outlet stores and my friend ended up buying coach bags again hahaha but they were really good deals and the best part was it was tax free
